To sign up for Yoinki:

  1. Download and install the Yoinki ap
  2. Follow the instructions on the app to set up your account
  3. Use the account you created to sign in

To reset your PIN:

  1. Open your Yoinki app
  2. Choose the ‘Profile’ tab
  3. Choose ‘Logout’
  4. Enter your mobile number
  5. Enter the six digit verification code you receive
  6. Choose and set a PIN between 4 and 8 digits
  7. Confirm your PIN

If you have forgotten your PIN:

  1. Open your Yoinki app
  2. Enter your mobile number
  3. Enter the six digit verification code you receive
  4. Choose and set a PIN between 4 and 8 digits
  5. Confirm your PIN

To collect a payment for your charity:

  1. Open your Yoinki app and login securely using your PIN
  2. Choose the ‘Collect’ tab
  3. Search for the charity you would like to donate to using the search bar
  4. Choose ‘Collect’
  5. Follow the instructions to collect a new payment

If you believe you have incorrectly collected a payment please email us at info@yoinki.com and we will endeavour to organise a refund, usually within 24 hours

Yoinki collects donations on behalf of an Australian charity: The Big Difference Foundation.

The Big Difference Foundation is a specialist fundraising organisation helping all Australian charities make their operations more convenient, lower cost and fun. The Big Difference Foundation is committed to making a big difference to Australian charities.

To view your tax receipts:

  1. Open your Yoinki app and login securely using your PIN
  2. Choose the ‘Invoices’ tab
  3. Select ‘History’
  4. Choose the receipt you would like to view
    To view your Year-End Tax Statement:
  5. Open your Yoinki app and login securely using your PIN
  6. Choose the ‘Profile’ tab
  7. Select ‘View Year-End Tax Statement’

All donations made through Yoinki are tax deductible. Before you claim a tax deduction, you should check your personal tax circumstance with a tax professional. You can view your tax receipts, and a Year-End Tax Statement in your Yoinki app.

To view the payments you have collected with Yoinki:

  1. Visit admin.yoinki.com
  2. Login using the account name and password you have been provided
  3. Select ‘Dashboard’

To view the data you have collected at your events with Yoinki:

  1. Visit admin.yoinki.com
  2. Login using the account name and password you have been provided
  3. Select ‘Dashboard’
  4. Scroll down on the dashboard until you see the data you have collected
  5. In the top right hand corner, click the download symbol to export a CSV data file
  6. Import this file into your CRM using your CRM’s import wizard
